Xi Boutique….your exclusive home to Alpha Xi Delta /Autism Speaks merchandise!
Alpha Xi Deltas are required to purchase merchandise with our Fraternity’s marks either from Xi Boutique or an approved licensed vendor. If you are unsure the vendor you want to use is licensed, go to www.alphaxidelta.org/licensedvendors.

Q: When should I expect to receive my order?
A: Both retail and group orders are guaranteed to arrive within 2 weeks of when the order is placed, subject to vendor's stock. If we discover something is out of stock, we’ll let you know as soon as possible!
Q: What if I need my shirts before two weeks?
A: We do have free, guaranteed two week delivery on all custom orders. If you need your shirts before two weeks, we have the option of rush shipping your shirts. The cost of rush shipping will be paid by the customer.
We don't charge you shipping and the system is not setup to charge shipping, but we can charge if you like.
Q: What is the difference between retail and group orders?
A: Retail orders are pre-printed items that are available online for individual order purchases. Retail items online can be purchased in group quantities (email email@example.com for pricing details).
Group orders are designs that are not available for individual purchase and are typically for bulk purchases.
Q: Is there a minimum quantity of shirts you have to order to be qualify for group orders?
A: No, but the posted pricing starts at quantity of 24. The next price breaks are at 72 and 144. For more specific pricing information, send us a message via Contact Us link or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I purchased the wrong size, how do I exchange it for the correct size?
A: If you purchased a shirt via the retail store, send us a message via Contact Us. You will need to mail your shirt back to us with your original invoice and a note saying what size you will be needing. All merchandise on sale are discontinued items and are subject to availability.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Retail items purchased online can be returned within 60 days of the purchase for a full refund. Please note refunds will only be given for the price of the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All group orders are final. No exchanges or refunds!
Q: I'm unsure of what size to order in a shirt. Do all of your retail items fit the same?
A: We try to provide you with the most information to chose the correct size, however, all of our items are printed on different styles of shirts. If you have questions about a particular item fits, please use the Contact Us link and ask!
Q: How do I know if my order went through?
A: A confirmation order number will be given once the order has successfully been placed.
Q: I don't remember my login, how do I get it?
A: Your username is the e-mail address you used when you registered for your account. If you cannot remember your password, to have your password sent to this e-mail address, click here to e-mail your password. If you have changed your e-mail address, please email us with the updated informatino at email@example.com
All information provided through or on XiBoutique.com remains private. Information provided though any of our online forms, our shopping cart, registrations, or requests for information is used solely by Xi Boutique and will NEVER be shared with outside parties.
