Shipping and Delivery
Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please provide a complete street address, as UPS/FedEX will not deliver to a post office box. Your order will be processed within 48 hours and you should receive it within ten business days. If you have ordered an item that is on back order, we will inform you of the back order and when it will be back in stock. The rest of the order will be shipped out immediately.
Returns and Exchanges
Xi Boutique provides quality merchandise. We will gladly except returns and exchanges as long as the items is in the original condition (unwashed/unworn) within 30 days of delivery date. All sales are final on Sale items and can not be returned or exchanged. Please include a detailed note with invoice number and a shipping address to the following address...
